Book with peace of mind, our Snow Guarantee allows you to book your stay in advance and securely. If your resort postpones its full opening or brings forward its complete closure, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge. To do so, the following requirements must be met:

In order for the guarantee to be effective, the ski resort must send an official communication stating that it is postponing the opening of 100% of the resort or bringing forward the closure.

Your ski pass must fall within the periods where the snow guarantee applies, which are:

If these requirements are met, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with 3 alternatives:

· Change the dates of the trip.
